We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Admin and Accounts Clerk to handle both administrative support and basic financial tasks. This position plays a vital role in ensuring efficient office operations and accurate accounting records.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks including office coordination and document filing
- Support basic bookkeeping functions including processing payments and maintaining financial records
- Handle petty cash and reconcile daily transactions
- Assist in preparing financial reports and staff payroll
- Coordinate internal communication and scheduling
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and financial policies
✅ Ideal Candidate
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and accounting systems
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Integrity, attention to detail, and strong communication skills
- Experience in a similar role is an added advantage
