About NOOA ENERGIES:
NOOA ENERGIES is a fast-growing digital solutions company transforming how Ugandans access clean cooking gas and make essential payments. We operate two key mobile applications that are reshaping access to essential services:

  • Flexi-Gas App: This app enables clients to order cooking gas that is delivered directly to their doorstep through our network of partner distributors.
  • NOOA-Pay App – Allows users to pay for utility services such as UEDCL electricity, NWSC water, TV subscriptions, airtime, and more—all from the convenience of their phone.

We are seeking a Regional Sales and Marketing Executive to lead our expansion efforts across Uganda by building and managing a dynamic team of commission-based sales agents, recruiting distribution partners, and driving adoption of our mobile apps in assigned regions.


🔑 Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of commission-based Area Sales Representatives.
  • Drive regional adoption of both the Flexi-Gas and NOOA-Pay apps among households, businesses, and communities.
  • Supervise and support sales reps to meet performance targets.
  • Identify and onboard new gas distribution partners to strengthen last-mile delivery.
  • Execute local marketing strategies, community outreach, and activation events.
  • Maintain strong relationships with gas partners and other stakeholders in the region.
  • Conduct regular field visits to evaluate performance and provide coaching.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on regional sales, market trends, and team performance.
  • Ensure team accountability and deliver continuous training and motivation.

✅ Ideal Candidate:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales leadership, field operations, or agent network management.
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit and manage a commission-based sales force.
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Familiar with mobile apps, digital payment platforms, or last-mile service delivery.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and willing to travel extensively.
