Admin and Accounts Clerk

NOOA ENERGIES is a tech-driven company transforming how Ugandans access clean cooking gas and make everyday digital payments through our apps, Flexi-Gas and NOOA-Pay.

We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Admin and Accounts Clerk to handle both administrative support and basic financial tasks. This position plays a vital role in ensuring efficient office operations and accurate accounting records.


🔑 Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks including office coordination and document filing
  • Support basic bookkeeping functions including processing payments and maintaining financial records
  • Handle petty cash and reconcile daily transactions
  • Assist in preparing financial reports and staff payroll
  • Coordinate internal communication and scheduling
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and financial policies

Ideal Candidate

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel and accounting systems
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Integrity, attention to detail, and strong communication skills
  • Experience in a similar role is an added advantage
